Delivery Time for Domestic Orders

Your order will be shipped within 7-8 business days. Delivery may take 2-5 days based on your location.

Please note, that certification (if selected) adds an additional 3 days to the shipping timeline.

We want to get your beautiful Angara treasure to you quickly and securely!  Here's some important information about delivery locations and what to expect:

Delivery Locations:

For security reasons, we can't deliver to public places like malls, hotels, or restaurants.  Please provide a secure delivery location like your home or office.

What Happens if You're Out:

The courier company will try to deliver your package three times.  If you're unreachable after those attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Be Ready for ID Verification:

To ensure the package reaches the right hands, the courier may ask for one of these forms of ID upon delivery:

  • PAN Card
  • Driver's License
  • Passport
  • Voter ID Card
  • Aadhaar Card (Unique Identification Card)


Delivering to Your Office?

If you're sending your package to your workplace, it is advisable to include the following information to avoid delays:

  • Department details
  • Employee number
  • Direct landline phone number

Inspecting Your Package:

Open it up! Once your package arrives, take a moment to carefully inspect the condition of the product.

Damaged or Missing Items? Don't Accept!

  • Something's not right? If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, or if the contents seem incorrect (missing items, wrong item, etc.), kindly refuse the delivery.
  • Important: To expedite the resolution process, please record a video while opening the package and highlighting any discrepancies. 


Reporting Discrepancies:

If you discover any issues after accepting the delivery, contact us immediately at +91-9001001313 or india.support@angara.com. Please include your video recording in the email.

  • Please note: To ensure a smooth resolution, we kindly ask that you report any discrepancies within a reasonable timeframe of receiving the package. Unfortunately, delays in reporting may limit our ability to assist you.

We want your shopping experience with us to be delightful and nothing short of extraordinary. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, with  FREE return shipping (free pick-up and delivery) on all orders.

What Can't Be Returned or Exchanged?

Personalised Pieces: Engraved jewellery pieces can't be returned or exchanged.

Gold Coins or Bullions: Gold coins or bullions of any denomination can't be returned or exchanged. 

Custom Orders: All custom-made jewellery pieces are non-returnable (non-refundable) as they are crafted on special requests ‘only for you’.

But don't worry! For ring orders, we’re happy to offer one free ring resizing within 15 days of delivery if it doesn't fit perfectly. There might be a small charge for significant size adjustments based on our resizing policy.

Previously Worn Items: We can't accept jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of wear.

What to Include in Your Return? 

Please return all items that came with your original purchase, including:

  • Certificates
  • Add-ons
  • Packaging
  • Accessories, etc.

If any of these items are missing, we may charge a suitable fee.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

Once we hear from you, we'll arrange a convenient pickup of your return shipment directly from your location.  

Note: We will make two pickup attempts. If the courier partner is unable to collect the shipment, you'll be responsible for sending the return package back to us at:

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the items within 2-4 business days.  We'll then process your return or exchange request promptly.

Refund:

We want to make sure you're happy with your Angara shopping experience. If you return an item within our 15-day return window from the delivery date, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.  Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Processing Time: Allow up to 8-12 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Partial Orders: If you return some items from an order, you'll only be refunded for the returned pieces.
  • Condition: We can't accept returns for jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of being worn. In these cases, we'll have to ship the item back to you without a refund.
  • Certificates: Please make sure to return all certificates along with your jewellery. Missing certificates may result in a deduction of ₹500 to ₹3000, depending on the certificate's cost.

Exchange:


Looking to exchange an item for something different?  No problem! 

Simply follow these steps:

Step 2: Let us know what you'd like to exchange your item for.

Step 3: We'll arrange a FREE pickup of your return shipment from the address on your original order.

Step 4: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it.

Exchange Success! If everything is in order, we'll ship your new piece of jewellery to you.

Note: If the returned item fails inspection, we'll unfortunately have to send it back.

Ring Review: The ring looks amazing and has a great feel. My girlfriend loves it. I went with yellow gold to contrast with the diamonds. It honestly looks stunning. I'm amazed at how much time I personally spent just looking at it - before even giving it to her. If you like the design have no fear. Angara Review: This was my first time ever buying a ring, and I am happy that I went through Angara. I shopped around in person and online at various locations. Anytime I went in person there were always sales people watching and pressuring me; not only to buy a ring, but to sign up for a credit card. It made a stressful process even worse. After some research online, I came to the conclusion that Angara was reputable and worthy of my trust, so I decided to rule out all others and shop here exclusively. I read reviews from multiple sources including the Better Business Bureau, Google, Youtube, and several others. After purchasing the ring I took the survey because I was in a bit of a tricky situation, and I wasn't sure how to get my message across. The Angara team was very responsive and followed up immediately, and then again in a few weeks to make sure everything was alright. The team helped me through my situation and for that I am thankful. Typically I am not one to write reviews, but as a customer I found the reviews to be very helpful. I am writing this for other potential customers out there - not for the company. I know it sounds like I'm talking them up but it's all genuine. With all that being said; please note the estimated delivery date advertised is using express shipping which costs extra. I may have been a little naïve to assume that date was a part of the free shipping the company advertises (at least at the time of writing this). The Angara team came through for me, and made sure the ring arrived before my international flight. 10/10 will be shopping here in the future.
