If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, we request You stop accessing the Site and its Services.

This Website can be used only by individuals who are 18 years and above and can enter into legally binding contracts. Individuals who are ‘incompetent to contract’ within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including but not limited to minors, undischarged insolvent, etc. are not eligible to use this Website and purchase the Product(s). User Account and Placing an Order

To purchase our Products, You may need to register on our Website and create an Account. Your Account gives You access to our Products and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and at our sole discretion. Upon completing the registration process, You will be provided with a password or any other piece of information, as part of our security procedures. You must treat such information as confidential, and You must not disclose it to any third party. To confirm the Orders, Angara may call and ask a question for verification or request for a One Time Password.

When You create an Account on the Website, You are liable to provide accurate, complete and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and Conditions, which may result in immediate termination of Your Account from our Website. It is Your responsibility to safeguard Your password. Do not disclose it to any person or third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your Account.
By placing an Order for Products through the Website, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Merchandise Availability
Angara provides high-quality merchandise. However, the availability of Products may vary from time to time. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or until supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to promptly remove it from display. However, the display of an item on the Website does not ensure its availability.

All the Products featured on the Website are custom-made based on the stone size, stone quality, metal, etc. selected by You. If You are unable to locate a particular item that caught Your attention on a previous visit or if You have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Merchandise Display
Angara makes every reasonable effort to display its merchandise as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, various factors, including the display and resolution of Your screen/device may significantly affect what You see on Your screen. Each Product photograph is taken individually and Products are not sized relative to each other. The packaging of the Product may vary from what is shown on the Website.

However, if You are dissatisfied with a purchased item, You can exchange it or return it to us.

Copyright and Trademark

As a provider of interactive services, Angara is not liable for any statements, representations or User Content provided by its users in any public forum, personal home page or other Interactive Areas. Angara offers the best value Products at reasonable prices. Prices displayed on www.angara.in are quoted in Indian currency and are valid as well as effective only in the INR. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give You the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metals and gems.

The prices are inclusive of taxes/GST.
In case of incorrect pricing quoted on this Site due to typographical errors, Angara reserves the right to change/cancel Orders before informing the customer of the error despite the customer receiving the Order confirmation or delivery date.

Net Banking
UPI: We provide Wallet services to our customers for Paytm, Google Pay and PhonePe. However, the mode may change based on the availability of the service providers.
Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery is only available for Orders under 20,000.


  • Multiple offers cannot be combined.
  • Angara has the sole right to alter or terminate the terms and conditions of the offers at any given point in time.
  • In case of returns, the purchased item must be returned along with the free gift(s) it was shipped with and in its original condition. Please check Angara’s Return Policy for more details.
  • If You decide to keep the free gift(s), You will be charged for it/them, as per the prices mentioned on the Site.

Shipping Policy and Delivery Information
Angara provides safe, secure and hassle-free shipping of Products. All our shipments are fully insured during transit. Your Angara Product will be delivered to Your doorstep in tamper-proof packaging. We work with reputed courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.

Cancellation Policy
If You happen to change Your mind about an Order, please get in touch with us at 9001001313 with Your Order number. We will try our best to stop the Order from going through. However, please know that our fulfillment system has been designed to ship Orders as fast and as efficiently as possible. Taking this into account, there is a possibility that we may not be able to honor Your request even if You may have contacted our Customer Service Team immediately. This is because Your Order may have already entered the shipment process and we will not be able to change or cancel it. Once Orders are shipped, we will not be able to make cancellations. However, You have the option to request the delivery personnel to return the package when they arrive at Your location.

PAN Card
As per current RBI guidelines mandated by the Government of India, You will need to provide Your Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases of INR 2 lakh and above.

Resize and Repair Policy
We offer repair and resizing services. For any repair/resizing request raised within 15 days from the date of delivery, Angara will arrange the return pick up of Your jewellery. Angara offers free (no labour charges) ring resizing services for a lifetime. 
Repair services, except those covered under Angara’s Warranty Policy, will incur charges.

Return and Exchange Policy
If You are not fully satisfied with Your purchase, You can return or exchange it within 15 days of the delivery date. We offer FREE return shipping on all Orders. Engraved and customised jewellery pieces are not eligible for returns or exchange.

To initiate a request for return or exchange, You can also call our Customer Service Team on 9001001313 and initiate the process. Following this, we will arrange for the pickup of Your return parcel from Your location.

Warranty Policy
At Angara, we are proud of the exceptional Products and Services we offer. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and warrant that all pieces will be free from manufacturing defects. Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted with carefully selected, superior-quality materials and is inspected thoroughly before it is shipped. 

Information Accuracy
Angara will make reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on the Site, but there may be occasions when information on the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions that may relate to Product descriptions, pricing, availability and other matters. Angara makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of such information. Angara reserves the right to correct any errors and update Site information at any time (including after You have submitted Your Order).

You have to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself while registering on the Angara Website. You should maintain and promptly update registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Angara reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by You at any point in time. Further, Angara also reserves the right to ask for additional information for accepting Orders or before delivery in certain cases. Conflict-Free Diamond Policy
Angara's diamond supply consists of quality diamonds, sourced from the most reputed suppliers in the world. As responsible citizens and jewellery merchants, we share the public's concern regarding conflict diamonds.
Angara supports the Kimberley Process. We obtain diamonds exclusively from respected, well-established and legitimate sources that are compliant with the Kimberley Process requirements. The Kimberley Process is an international system that tracks the journey of diamonds from the mine to the market. It operates in partnership with the diamond industry, governments and non-governmental organisations to establish policies and regulations to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds. At Angara, we support and promote any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade.

In no event shall Angara, its officers, directors, employees, partners or agents be liable to You or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not Angara has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with, Your use of, or access to, the Website, App or Services.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay, prevention, restriction or interference in the performance or non-performance of any of our obligations hereunder and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused thereby where the same is occasioned by any cause whatsoever that is beyond our control including but not limited to an act of God, war, civil disturbance, riots, strikes, lock-outs, governmental or parliamentary restrictions, prohibitions or enactments of any kind, pandemic, import or export regulations, exchange control regulations or accident or non-availability/delay in transport.
Any suspension of performance shall be effective from the date the contingencies giving rise to it first arose or accrued. If there is any suspension of performance by reason of this clause, the parties shall endeavour to find alternative means of remedying the same. If it cannot be remedied within ninety (90) days, then either party may give written notice to terminate this Agreement.

In case notwithstanding any of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, Angara reserves the right to deny You access to the Site at any time, immediately and without notice, if, at Angara's sole discretion, You fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Further, Angara reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Hence, kindly ensure to keep checking them from time to time to familiarise Yourself and stay updated.

By using our Website, You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Angara, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
(a) Your use of and access to the Website;
(b) Your violation of any of these terms;
(c) Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation, any copyright, property or privacy right;
(d) the committing of any of the prohibited activities as stated here; or
(e) any claim that Your use of the Website caused damage to a third party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of India, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to the Terms and Conditions, including the validity, invalidity, breach or termination thereof, shall be adjudicated or arbitrated in accordance with said Terms and Conditions with exclusive jurisdiction at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

If any provision, or part of a provision, of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall be deemed not to form part of these Terms and Conditions, and the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected, unless otherwise required by operation of applicable law.
