Return and Exchange Policy
We want your shopping experience with us to be delightful and nothing short of extraordinary. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, with FREE return shipping (free pick-up and delivery) on all orders.
What Can't Be Returned or Exchanged?
Personalised Pieces: Engraved jewellery pieces can't be returned or exchanged.
Gold Coins or Bullions: Gold coins or bullions of any denomination can't be returned or exchanged.
Custom Orders: All custom-made jewellery pieces are non-returnable (non-refundable) as they are crafted on special requests ‘only for you’.
But don't worry! For ring orders, we’re happy to offer one free ring resizing within 15 days of delivery if it doesn't fit perfectly. There might be a small charge for significant size adjustments based on our resizing policy.
Previously Worn Items: We can't accept jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of wear.
What to Include in Your Return?
Please return all items that came with your original purchase, including:
- Certificates
- Add-ons
- Packaging
- Accessories, etc.
If any of these items are missing, we may charge a suitable fee.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

Once we hear from you, we'll arrange a convenient pickup of your return shipment directly from your location.
Note: We will make two pickup attempts. If the courier partner is unable to collect the shipment, you'll be responsible for sending the return package back to us at:

Please ensure that your shipment is securely packed. Also, we request that you record a video of the whole packing process.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the items within 2-4 business days. We'll then process your return or exchange request promptly.

Refund:
We want to make sure you're happy with your Angara shopping experience. If you return an item within our 15-day return window from the delivery date, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Processing Time: Allow up to 8-12 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Orders: If you return some items from an order, you'll only be refunded for the returned pieces.

Condition: We can't accept returns for jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of being worn. In these cases, we'll have to ship the item back to you without a refund.
- Certificates: Please make sure to return all certificates along with your jewellery. Missing certificates may result in a deduction of ₹500 to ₹3000, depending on the certificate's cost.
Exchange:
Looking to exchange an item for something different? No problem!
Simply follow these steps:

Step 2: Let us know what you'd like to exchange your item for.
Step 3: We'll arrange a FREE pickup of your return shipment from the address on your original order.
Step 4: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it.
Exchange Success! If everything is in order, we'll ship your new piece of jewellery to you.
Note: If the returned item fails inspection, we'll unfortunately have to send it back.
