Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of the date of delivery. We offer FREE return shipping on all orders.

Engraved or customised jewellery and gold coins items are not eligible for returns and exchange. Additionally, any piece that is not listed on our website and has been specifically crafted based on your request cannot be returned or exchanged. Angara will not accept any product that has been damaged, modified or already worn.

All items that were included with the product, such as free gifts, certificates, add-ons, packaging, accessories, etc., need to be returned as well. If the accompanied items are not returned, Angara reserves the right to charge you for them. The specific charges will be determined once we receive the returned product. 

To initiate a request for return or exchange, all you have to do is fill out our Online Return Form. You can also call our Customer Service Team on 9001001313 and initiate the process. Following this, we will arrange the pickup of the shipment from your location.

We will make two pickup attempts. If the courier partner is unable to collect the shipment, you will need to send it back to our address: Angara Jewels Pvt. Ltd., 2nd Floor, A-28, Vidyalaya Marg, Tilak Nagar, Jaipur-302004. The availability of reverse pickup service in your area pin-code will determine whether we can arrange for the pickup. If the service is not available, you will be responsible for shipping the parcel back to us.

Please ensure that your shipment is securely packed. Also, we request that you record a video of the whole packing process. Once we receive your package, we will take up to 2 to 4 business days to process your request. All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team.


Once your refund request is processed, the final amount will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take up to 8 to 12 business days for the amount to appear in your account. If you return a partial order, we will refund you for the returned items only. If the product is found damaged, modified or already worn, it will be shipped back to you. No refund will be issued in these circumstances. Please ensure that all certificates are returned along with the product. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of Rs. 500 to 3000, depending on the certificate cost of the jewellery piece.
To exchange your product, you may raise a request on our website or call us. After the exchange request is initiated, we will assign our courier partner to collect the package from the address mentioned against your order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team for the new jewellery piece you would like to buy in exchange for the returned product. Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. If the returned product passes the QA process, your new product order will be shipped to you. However, if the returned product fails to pass the QA process, it will be shipped back to you.
