SHIPPING POLICY

We provide safe, secure and hassle-free shipping of orders. All items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to you. We work with reputed courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE SHIPPING all over India.

Order Shipment

  • You will receive an email confirmation when the package is dispatched, as well as another notification when it is delivered.

  • To ensure product safety, high-value orders may require your signature and identity proof at the time of delivery.

  • If you are unavailable, an authorised person will be required to sign and collect the package on your behalf at the designated shipping address.

  • Orders can be delivered to residential or work addresses only. Shipping will not be done to PO Box or similar addresses.

  • At the time of dispatch, we will provide the tracking ID and web link to track the shipment status to your registered email id and whatsapp number

  • If we are unable to ship your order on the promised date, we will inform you about the reason for the delay.


Order Tracking

You can track your shipment by clicking on Track Your Order link provided at the footer of the website. You need to use your AWB number to track your shipment. Additionally, all users will be notified on WhatsApp and email regarding the shipping notifications which will have the AWB details and link to track the shipment. 

Delivery Time for Domestic Orders:

  • All Angara jewellery pieces are made to order. Delivery time (Estimated Arrival Date) will vary based on the product. You may check this on the product page before placing your order.
  • For security reasons, some orders are randomly selected to undergo a routine check. If your order is selected for this, we will reach out to you for some additional information. Failure to provide the required information may delay the processing of your order. The order will only be processed once the requested information is received. 
  • Angara will not be held liable for any delay in the delivery of products due to unavoidable circumstances which may occur due to an Act of God or any governmental actions.

Delivery Location

  • Orders cannot be delivered to a public place like a mall, hotel, restaurant, hostel, on the street, etc.
  • If you are unavailable during the time of delivery, the courier company will try to make three attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable/available, the package will be returned to our facility.

  • Rerouting to an alternate address will not be possible once the package is in transit.

  • To avoid misplaced delivery, please keep one of the following identity cards for verification:

  1. Pan Card

  2. Driving License

  3. Passport

  4. Voter Identification Card

  5. Unique Identification Card (Aadhaar)

Important Note: In case an office address is provided for delivery, please make sure the department details, employee number and direct landline numbers are also provided to prevent any last-minute hassles or failed delivery.

Shipment Discrepancy

  • We advise you to carefully inspect the condition of the product once you receive your package.

  • Kindly do not accept the delivery if you find the shipment tampered or damaged.

  • If you notice any damage to the product, identify a short or over shipment or suspect that part of the shipment has been lost, please contact us on 9001001313 or india.support@angara.com along with a recorded video of the discrepancy.

  • Our investigation team will investigate the complaint once we receive it by email and take appropriate action. If you fail to report the incident within a reasonable time of receiving the parcel, we will not accept responsibility for the damages, and no refund or complaint will be entertained.
