Delivery Location


We want to get your beautiful Angara treasure to you quickly and securely!  Here's some important information about delivery locations and what to expect:

Delivery Locations:

For security reasons, we can't deliver to public places like malls, hotels, or restaurants.  Please provide a secure delivery location like your home or office.

What Happens if You're Out:

The courier company will try to deliver your package three times.  If you're unreachable after those attempts, the package will be returned to us.


Be Ready for ID Verification:

To ensure the package reaches the right hands, the courier may ask for one of these forms of ID upon delivery:

  • PAN Card
  • Driver's License
  • Passport
  • Voter ID Card
  • Aadhaar Card (Unique Identification Card)


Delivering to Your Office?

If you're sending your package to your workplace, it is advisable to include the following information to avoid delays:

  • Department details
  • Employee number
  • Direct landline phone number

Damaged or Missing Items? Don't Accept!

  • Something's not right? If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, or if the contents seem incorrect (missing items, wrong item, etc.), kindly refuse the delivery.
  • Important: To expedite the resolution process, please record a video while opening the package and highlighting any discrepancies. 


Reporting Discrepancies
